Breakfast - Today, you’ll start your morning with a traditional Chinese breakfast of congee (boiled rice porridge), youtiao (deep-fried crullers) and baozi (steamed pork buns) from one of the many roadside vendors near your hotel.
Morning - First on your schedule today are stops at several scenic spots in Hangzhou’s southern hills. Stone steps and ancient archways comprise the path to Hupao (Tiger) Spring, which takes its name from a myth about two tigers that dug a deep hole, unearthing the spring. Next, you’ll visit the Lingyin Temple to view the ornate carvings in the Buddhis grottoes located there.
