Overview - Galway is perhaps Ireland’s most laid back, accessible city. Some have said that Galway is a place where people go, fall in love and get lost. Breakfast - One of the best spots for a hearty breakfast in Galway is Trish’s Café. Trish herself is often seen behind the counter, either cooking or taking orders. Their Irish fry-ups are always tasty, or try out the Breakfast Bagel, with a heaping pile of eggs, sausage and ham.
